1Type their chores

Pick from common chores or write your own. Every chore gets a picture so kids who can't read yet can follow along.

2Pick a look

Sunny and Chalkboard are free. Pro adds Ocean, Space, Garden and an ink-saving black and white version.

3Print and stick it up

Print it for the fridge, or open Kid mode on a tablet or phone and let them tap chores off. Install ChoreWorth on the home screen to use it like an app.

A simple bedtime routine

  1. Bath or wash up
  2. Pajamas on
  3. Brush teeth
  4. Pack the backpack for tomorrow
  5. Story or quiet reading
  6. Lights out

Tips for a calmer bedtime

  • Start at the same time every night, and keep the same order.
  • Turn screens off before the routine starts, not at the end.
  • Keep the last steps quiet and slow, like a story or a cuddle.
  • For toddlers, 3 or 4 steps is plenty.
  • Use the calm look for a softer page in the bedroom.

Pair it with a morning routine chart, or see the visual schedule and ADHD routine chart.
